The Schüco LivIng Alu Inside system is a 7-chamber plastic construction with three insulation levels and patented aluminum connection technology. With this highly insulated system, high-quality passive house windows can be realized with small visible widths. The system features a medium seal for better isolation, integrated aluminum insulators, steel and foam-free case construction. The profile is fully recyclable and all its components are identical to the components of the Schüco LivIng system. The system has slim visible widths of 120 mm, offset plane sash and frame geometry and Classic sash geometry. An integrated aluminum reinforcement is available for high static requirements. Thanks to the optimized geometry, it is possible to glue the glazing unit to the sash, by which the size and weight of the sash can be increased and protection class RC 2 can be reached. The system is certified by the Institute for Passive Houses in the version with insulation, without rebated profile .
